Why this immersion? We know that a body in harmony with its surroundings is a body living well. And we know this to be true from the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), an entire holistic healing system built around one idea: your body has a life force — Qi.
That’s why TCM is the foundation for our El Salvador Immersion. This ancient healing system has been passed down through lineage after lineage and we aim to continue that tradition. We’re bringing TCM philosophies into practice through you so that your body can support your vision for life and you can align your energy to actually live it.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we don't just walk through nature— we are nature.
Our mapThe elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water are the maps of our internal climate. In practice, this system provides a pathway to understanding the interactions of organs and emotions for overall wellbeing. When they're in balance, we flow and can feel it. And when they aren't, we feel the flatness and exhaustion of a system out of sync.
If you have been feeling dull, weighed down, unable to sustain your own energy and ideas, foggy, or like life is less than colorful, then the elements are asking you for attention.
In El Salvador, you’ll learn to better understand these maps and how to move through them with ease and awareness. The symptoms you feel are an indicator of which element is calling you home— and here, you’ll find it.
