❋ Daily YogaWren blends guided moments and open exploration with space to reflect— so your practice feels both focused and fluid.
❋ Community AcupunctureRegulate and recalibrate your system with Dr. Sam. Unlock pathways where energy has become blocked so your system can truly flourish.
❋ The Land as MedicineBecome fully present in the jungle air, volcanic hot springs, and a landscape that participates in your expansion.
❋ Space to ReturnExpand with time and space to breathe. Allow your nervous system to remember safety, nourishment and your creative vitality.
The practice of yoga invites us back into rhythm with nature rather than resistance to it.
-
We know that a body in harmony with its surroundings is a body living well. And we know this to be true from the ancient practices of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), an entire holistic healing system built around one idea: your body has a life force— Qi.
With these pillars bolstering our El Salvador Immersion, you’ll learn how to balance the yin and yang energies of the world within you, and around you.
-
Experience five element theory through movement with Wren. Each morning you’ll journey through the meridian lines across your body to allow the elements to move through you. This is what we mean when we speak about embodiment– it’s the welcoming of energy into your vessel so that you can move freely and abundantly in recognition of what needs your attention, attunement and grace.
-
Yoga is deeply personal. While she is there to guide you through prescriptive movement, she will encourage you to find space by listening to the feeling of what arrives organically to you while you are on your mat. This practice is the backbone of of time in El Salvador, and it is yours to co-create.
Not sure what that feels like? Trust. It feels like a deep trust that you are growing between your body, breath and mind to establish rituals that cultivate balance between the organs of your body. Its within that harmony that you will integrate specific poses and breathing techniques to stimulate the flow of energy through major meridian pathways
What you will gain
You will leave with a mind-body connection that belongs to you. The stress you felt but couldn’t name, dissipates. The fog fades and a deeper clarity rises. You unlock your body’s true potential to support you in living life well.
And once you’re home, you realize you don't just have memories from this trip, you have a map– a language that your body speaks now and a practice you actually want to return to. So that upon return, you actually do.
That's what six nights in El Salvador holds for you. We’re gathering for deep integration and transformation. Your guides are here to help you attune to your most aligned version.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we don't just walk through nature— we are nature.
-
This ancient healing system has been passed down through lineage after lineage and we aim to continue that tradition. We’re bringing TCM philosophies into practice through you so that your body can support your vision for life and you can align your energy to actually live it.
-
The elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water are the maps of our internal climate. In practice, this system provides a pathway to understanding the interactions of organs and emotions for overall wellbeing. When they're in balance, we flow and can feel it. And when they aren't, we feel the flatness and exhaustion of a system out of sync.
-
If you have been feeling dull, weighed down, unable to sustain your own energy and ideas, foggy, or like life is less than colorful, then the elements are asking you for attention.
In El Salvador, you’ll learn to better understand these maps and how to move through them with ease and awareness. The symptoms you feel are an indicator of which element is calling you home— and here, you’ll find it.
Who is this immersion for?
This immersion is about learning the gas and the break peddles of being. Here you are encouraged to speak your truth about your needs. You will dig deeper into your own expansion, and unlock the feeling of vitality on a daily basis and beyond. It is for the humans who feel ready to work a layer deeper on understanding their feeling of depletion and want to learn how to tend to their bodies in a way that doesn’t feel like hard work.
While we will work within the teachings of TCM, you do not need to arrive with any specific level of understanding– that’s what we are here to help you with. You’ll learn to witness your own energy, without judgement, and the tools to help you bolster your Qi.
If you have been feeling worn out, worn thin, like it’s been hard to see your life fully because you are overwhelmed, under nourished, or simply too busy, this is the place for you to remember what it feels like in your heart and in your body to become full from within.
We are holding space for the humans that seek more by doing less.
